Currently on my way back from a short interlude in Europe. Have been able to follow political and related developments only sporadically. But, now boarded for the first leg of the trip back, I just want to say this:
Trump is a seditious traitor who abused and used the presidency to enrich himself and his family and to make common cause with tyrants. He has tried to overthrow a presidential election, publicly disavowed the Constitution, and has vowed vengeance on everyone who opposes him. He’s not just a national disgrace.
He’s the most dangerous man/person in America.
CNN has invited Trump to participate in a Town Hall interview.
CNN cannot treat Trump as a simply a controversial candidate or an ongoing curiosity.
If CNN is bringing Trump into its public square, anything less than a virtual or symbolic public stoning will be a journalistic travesty.

Well said Jon. Hope CNN’s moderator fact checks Trump throughout and calls him out when he crosses the line of civility, which he will do throughout I’m sure.
